Music/Adult Activities
Charlton Bozard is a native of Orangeburg, S.C. He is a graduate of Clemson University and the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ordained to the ministry in 1978, he has served 4 churches in the Carolinas as minister of music. He has been on the staff of First Baptist Church since July of 1993. He and his wife, Sallie, have two children, Sara Beth and Andrew. In addition to his duties at First Baptist, Charlton serves as accompanist for the South Carolina Baptist Singing Churchmen, a choral group of ministers of music from across our state. He is also a composer of church music, primarily in the fields of children's choirs and piano.

Jody Ratcliffe

Education/Student Ministries
Jody is a native of Camden and is a graduate of North Greenville College. He is currently working on his seminary degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jody has returned to our staff after 3 1/2 years of service with the International Mission Board.  He and Melanie served in Russia and are currently on a two-year leave.  They have three children: MaCayla, Leia and Aiden.
