Youth Ministry

The ministry to youth at First Baptist Church is interested in producing changed lives and giving God the glory for those lives. Whether you are already a believer or you just want to see what the Lighthouse is all about, there is a place for you here. We will seek to encourage and build each other up as a group. We would like you to know that you are always welcome at First Baptist Church.

Some opportunities are:

• Sunday Night After Church
  Sunday Night After Church (S.N.A.C.) is a youth fellowship time after the Sunday night worship service. This fellowship involves many types of meals (i.e. subs, hot dogs, etc.) You never know where we might end up eating, but you can always be assured that it is a blast! Come on out and lets S.N.A.C.
  
  
• Youth Night
  On Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30, everyone meets together in the Lighthouse youth room for two hours of Biblical teaching/discussion, crazy/ridiculous games, prayer, and just hangin' out with everyone. If you want to meet people and learn together what effect God can have on your life right now, come into the Lighthouse!
  
  
• Other Events
  In addition to the scheduled weekly events, the youth have many other opportunities for fun, fellowship, Bible study, and missions. The youth program has everything from all night lockins to weekend retreats. Mission projects have involved helping church members with yard work and assisting with Backyard Bible Clubs. You DON'T want to miss any of these activities!
