The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past three weeks. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Jordan Damron, 37, of Winchester, arresting agency redacted, on a charge of second degree burglary, arrested and booked October 10.
  • Robert Fortner, 27, of Ashland, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 10.
  • Ahdari York, 28, of Southfield, MI, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of engaging in organized crime, two counts of aggravated trafficking in a controlled substance – 28 or more grams of fentanyl, one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance – four or more grams of cocaine, and trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
  • Kayla Morgan, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked October 10.
  • George Bridges, 32, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and failure to appear, arrested and booked October 10.
  • Misty Easterling, 42, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked October 11.
  • Larry Burton, 64, of Ashland, arrested by Floyd County Sheriff, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked October 12.
  • Brandon Scott, 40, of Grayson, arrested by U.S. Marshall Service, federal prisoner held in transit/for court/serving out sentence, booked October 12.
  • Brian Romans, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked October 12.
  • Chase Burchett, 23, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked October 13.
  • Marcus Coursin, 45, of Morehead, arrested and booked by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and possession of marijuana, arrested and booked October 14.
  • Katelynn, Roach-Fischer, 27, of Patriot, OH, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked October 14.
  • Brandon Johnson, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 15.
  • Jarod Lopez, 31, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of disregarding traffic light or traffic control device, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked October 15.
  • Caleb McGlone, 32, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked October 16.
  • Mason Rodgers, 19, of Willard, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree sexual abuse, arrested and booked October 16.
  • Kristin Moore, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 16.
  • Philip Zornes, 33, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, and serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked October 16.
  • Latisha Bocook, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked October 17.
  • Hershel Satterfield, 73, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked October 17.
  • Jacob Steagall, 29, of Grayson, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on two counts of failure to appear, and a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked October 17.
